Comprehensive eye exams are not just refractions to determine your visual acuity and eyeglass or contact lens prescription. It involves measure the pressure, evaluating the front part of the eye, the lens, the inside of the eye and the peripheral retina.

Our eye exams always include a dilated eye exam where we evaluate the peripheral retina where most diseases occur. Some online retailers offer “online” eye exam. Although they may be very appealing at first, be careful, because nothing can substitute someone actually looking into your eye for any pathology.
